I dont agree.
I dont think time traval will kill it. The bigest threat to ST is bad script riters. I think it you had some one as smart as the FO team lol righting it would do well in most areas.
I bleve in the inporins of good people more than what you right about.

well i read on wikipedia that the guy that is supposed to be directing/producing the next ST film values fan input and he's actually listened to the fans opinion of a prequel, academy film and series so if the writers and directers of any new series listens to the fans they shouldn't go wrong. hopefully.

Time Travel is dangerous.
Survive a few seasons and maybe do one episode, otherwise you've got a mess on your hands.
I'd definatly love a post Nemesis.
-Cardassians Rebuild.
-The Borg, of course.
-Tough trade alliance with the Dominion.
-Romulans attack Federation and Klingon ships (That was actually in my oppinion an amazing storyline in SFC 3).
I think a good pilot would be the pirates attacking the ship on a maiden voyage, and stealing some menial crew members; and the pursuit to get them back.

Why not main crew members?
Oh, and we'd need a place where a Federation (?) ship could be pirated from post-Nemesis.

If they make a new series its most probably going to be a post-nemesis federation. Now I like most of your ideas, what I dont know is how would the Borg come into all of this and that Rommie attack would be suicide on their part seeing how many losses they withstood during the Dominion war.

Take 2 main crew members, and a couple menial ones, so we can have some red...erm gold shirts to execute. Introduce the 2 main crew members as they try to deal their way off of the ship, while the rest of the ship goes off in pursuit.
I would recommend the ship to be of Galaxy, Sovereign or Excelsior Refit.
Because those ships have both the combat and auxillary facilities, neccesary to spawn episodes, and I didn't include the Akira, because then they could simply go omg enemy, 15 torp tubes, we win, plus the Akira lacks the facilities of sensors and the sense to allow a family to survive. Therefore, I'd like to select an Excelsior Refit, a ship of the line, not the flag ship of the federation but a very prominent vessel none the less.
They could go through all sorts of adventures, imagine a coup in the Cardassian empire following the post war tensions, A resurgant borg, attacking the outskirts of the system, Rogue Tal Shiar commanders, DMZ patrol from the dominion war, alot of interesting events can occur.

I doubt it and i wouldnt use that ship as a new series as it would look too outdated
Perhaps a series on a Sovie would work
heck even teh prometheus would work

I tend to agree there. It was Picard himself who said in First Contact that there are plenty of letters left in the alphabet. We're at E right now, but why not go on to F? Heck, if what Future Tense is doing and they use their storyline partially, in saying that the Enterprise-E is MIA, that gives them reason to build F.
And let's not forget in the dreaded time traveling episode of ST: ENT, when Daniels brings Archers onto a futuristic Enterprise during the Xindi conflict. What was that ship? Enterprise-J? Even if we all don't like Time Travel, that still makes you curious and want to explore the Enterprise and what it will look like and be capable of in its future designs. Not to mention what crew it will have.[/font]

well, i wouldn't write off the E-E just yet, it's a new ship, no episodes were made about it and it's the most advanced starship in the federation, why not make a story about it, TNG was so succesfull and i bet people would watch this! But they have to find an extraordinary succesor to mr Jean Luc
