I don't know, what would you have done if someone called your mother a "terrorist *****"?

knocked the fcuker out of course! zidane was 100% justified in headbutting the italian guy. he's a great player and i just wish he had played in the english premiership before retiring lol i think the italian guy was also pulling his shirt and holding zidane down when a long ball was coming over so that got to zidane in the run up to the headbutt moment. he was obviously provoked!

I can fully understand him... cos I had done the same.

With the background that mental pain hurts much more than a headnut I want to ask this question with the Italian guy replaced.

Let me clarify something- did the "italian guy" (whos name I'm too lazy to look up) get penalized in any way, shape, or form for his instigation?

oh, big whoop the world cup was already over after that match, so I don't see that  as a penalty fitting for ending the career of a player 10x better than you in disgrace.

well, he did call his mother and sister names.
and he did provoke the "head bump"
and he problably even faked a little after recieving it.
but ulitimatelly it's zidane's fault for reacting the ways he did, but i don't think they should punish only him, it must be evident from the tapes what he said and i'm preety sure it's "unsporty" to call your opponent's mother a /&%)=+/%()%(/ &$%$()
