when i want to join a normal a2 game i cant join cause of the different version of the game , and i do start it in normal a2 not in the fleet ops game .....

is it because i have fleet ops installed or is it just another problem , cause i do have patch 1.1 fore a2  and that is the same version as they are playing it ... and yet i cant join it and it shows up in yellow. Sad

i can join a fleet ops game though that aint a problem... Smiley

anybody has a solution ? or is it just because i have fleet ops ?

er how did you get Fleet ops installed if it is a d/l game? for the FO setup you need the CD in the drive or is there a new d/l for people without the CD?

anyway regardless, it is definately not because of FO because as said it installs to a new folder. my only thought is that if it is a d/l game, then something in the .exe must be slightly different (so it doesn't need a CD) that maybe whats causing incompatibility, if there is definately no other mods installed . has it always done this? if so get onto activision.

virtual images should work without problem. but as soon as you are using a nocd crack (replacing the armada2.exe) your crc gets changed and you can't play with anyone else on the Internet.
if that is not the case make sure you installed fleet operations in an empty folder. maybe you accidentally installed it to a folder where leftovers of an old fleet operations or armada 2 remained.
