the installer will not run. do i have a virus or something. it won't run period.

what does it say when you try to run the installer? nothing at all?

have you tried to restart your computer yet?

else:
could you please go to Start - Run type dxdiag click OK, then, on the bottom of the program, click Save All Information... save the file and attach it to the forum please
