I noticed that the shipyards hotkey for Vorcha (FO3pre+patch 1) doesn't work...


Now that the computer has no problem with the (extreme) lack of crew, it would be good if you'd include 2 refineries at the beggining of the build list for every race. The AI is still inefficient/stupid, so it would make a difference... How 'bout it?
