I think there is something wrong with it. If I understand it correctly it allows tavara to transport a number of marines on an enemy vessle withough lowering its shields. But Tavaras that are under AIs control keep transporting marines THROUGH the shields of my ships, Im quite sure that is a bug and an annoying one at that !
If that is the way its supposed to work, then I say its just too strong I mean 6 of them can easily take over a main base of any ****** race :S

havent noticed it beaming through shields with me (havent really stuck around when enemy AI is using them), but saying that... i do notice that the rommies capture a lot of ships (especially destroyers which would normally be destroyed by it once the shields are down).

nope, the tavara is supposed to be able to transport through hostile shields. i will add this to the tooltip.
Yep 6 of them would be kinda strong, thats why you can have 4 at max (with mijural)

well, they sure are annoying, and i could loose my mind when it starts taking my defiants, but usually you can still destroy them if they are controlled by AI, i wonder  what would happen if a human built them, but i guess it's your own fault if you let him Tongue
