All changes and fixes made after Fleet Operations v3PR Patch 1
Additions- Introducing a new Map Manager
Fixes:- Map "War of Hell" crash fixed
- Units which cost credits can no longer be transfered to an ally
- Existing Screenshots got overwritten by new ones each instance
- Fixed several tooltip errors
- Game crash bug fixed occuring with some sound configurations - Thx Thrawn
- Fixed a bug causing the Klingon Attack Probe special ability to crash the game
- Fixed our Armada2.exe replacement and FleetOps.exe to receive Game Parameters from GameSpy Arcade correctly
- Fixed bug in Installer Audio Decoder causing issues with Windows Vista
Balance Changes:- Torpedo-, pulse- and beambased special abilities do now have a normalized reload time of 5 seconds
- Adjusted the special energy costs of many special abilities

Increased the Defence Value bonus for the Intrepid Class to 2 (bf: 1) - Admiral Risner
Increased the System Value bonus for Eraudi Yard vessels to 2 (bf: 1) - TaQ'roja
Decreased the Construction cost reduction to 5 percent (bf: 10)
Reduced the Offensive Value bonus to 2 (bf: 3) - General Martok
Increased the Construction costs reduction to 20 percent (bf: 10) - General Mijural
The Cehlaer Class is now also affected by the Defensive Value bonus - General Helev
Does now also reduce the Supply costs of all Staryard-vessels
Does now increase the Offensive Value for all Beam-Disruptor vessels by 1 (bf: percentage damage increase) - Alliance: Breen
Does now increase the Offensive Value for all Tetrion-Torpedo vessels by 1 (bf: percentage rate of fire increase) - Dominion Puretech
Increased all attributes for the Battleship and Battlecruiser by 1
