Maybe I should just stop fighting Klingons but something which really distrubs me are the BoPs' anti-matter mines.
Why aren't the repair-ships of the Federation able to free your ships of these nasty ******? I think they should be.
Annoying enogh that you have to return to a yard to clean your ships if you play another race.
(Or is there another way to get rid of those mines?)

I don't think they should add warp at all... theoretically speaking if you would warp on an 8 player map, you should instantly go into a three player map xD.. I mean the warp system itself shouldn't exist.. its like a high impulse or something. What also really gets me is how people sort of abuse this.. They'll build an army of ships if its later in the game, and warp right to your base, right in the middle of it, and blast all of your yards and facillitys to bits without even touching your fleet. Without warp, we can be more strategic in defences.. say, putting turrets around your base, or stationing defence squads in certain places.. but when warp is enabled, people can go right past that.. its just not right.

For Cardassia!
I really miss the Cardassians, like you don't know how bad.
But...they do have a rather small selection of ships.
Galor: (A destroyer, light cruiser, cruiser at the most).
Canon firepower around that of an Excelsior.
At best it would be a simple phaser cruiser, I would be cool with that. (Technically Compression Beams, could make it a useful addition, as a potent long range combatant)
Keldon: (A cruiser, or heavy cruiser)
Torpedos and Phasers (Compression Beams).
A decent all around ship, a general improvement in every way over it's unreffited twin.
Hideki: (A scout, nothing more).
It's either a scout or a fighter.
And then there is the Cardassian Freighter.
But frick.
I MISS THEM

@ TokRa: You should find it if you take a closer look at the menu with the search and destroy or explore option. It's the button with the two arrows forming a circle.
---
A nearly new suggestion: How about equipping the Steamrunner-class with a medium-range phaser? It's a sitting duck without and would be more usefull if it could at least defend itself with a phaser. What do you think?

I was thinking about FO3PR and how it doesn't have a supply cap like the rest of Armada 2 mods but you need to spend materials to increase your cap which I like . I had the idea what if you change all the maps to make them all into a lot of solar systems and each of the solar systems will have different planets in them and all planets will give you some sort of supply bonus so you can build more ships, and mining moons and asteroids can be around some planets . When I watch Star Trek DS9 episodes about the Dominion War they always talk about taking solar systems and fortifying them. I think it will increase the strategic element in the game and make the game have more depth and more possibilities, it will be more like Risk but in space.
