I'm not sure if this an actual bug or if I've done something wrong, because there seem to be other people who are able to play with little or no problem.

However, each time I've tried to play, I try to select an avatar (federation), and it says that there is not enough crew to build. I understand that crew have been removed as a resource, so why is it asking for them?

are you trying to play on a custom map or on a v3 map?

we changed some basic gameplay settings which are also saved within maps making old pre-v3 maps incompatible. you might see many strange phenomenons on these. pls use official v3 maps or recreate them with the v3 map editor. (crew is considered a resource in the old map format for example    )

I tried to play on a couple of the maps that came with the game, so V3 Maps I guess.

I will, but keep in mind that I installed it to a blank folder to begin with.

okay i found the mistake. i forgot to adjust the "double resource setting" to ignore crew. pls use the standard resource setting.

Will be fixed for v3. Thanks for reporting!

Is there any way for me to add a temporary fix myself?
