my pc is: microsoft windows XP, home edition, version 2002, service pack 2, compaq, presario, AMD semorin™ 3000+, 2.00Ghz, 192MB of ram (got in the UK)

i dont know if this is the right stuff and i dont know what AMD semorin™ 3000+ is Sad  i have also had no problems with all the other mods on any games before

it's your ram... go and get 1000 mb ram . you will need it anyway. these days it's not that expensive anymore. minimum should be 512 mb for fleetops or its going to lag extremly.

yep, the more complex games or mods go the more information has to be accessed constantly. therefore the RAM is a very important point to increase system performance these days Smiley
i guess 512 should be enough to enjoy v3. i would still recommend 1024 for any modern system. not directly for Fleet Operations (i would be very impressed if we should be able to fill one gigabyte Wink ) but most modern games just need it Smiley

(issues with jerky)
I have had hte same issue, jsut had to change the graphis setings and somehting withthe mouse, the DOm work out great, i think my problem is a grafics card.
