I can't believe you don't see it!

Fact 1: Very little contact with Doca and Optec over the last 5 months, that is more than just a temporary break for real life issues.

Fact 2: Of the contact there has being on both the English and  German forums very little info has being given other than "We're working on it" A bit vague isn't it.

Fact 3: I have recently spoken to a lot of big names in the modding community and they all think that a2 has had its day as many new space RTSs have come out or are going to come out over the next couple of years. The A2 engine is very low standard. For example the poly counts for stock ships are about 900 max. On a new game like EAW which is coming out on the 16th, the poly counts are about 4000 on stock ships. On adverage a game can ake triple the poly counts before ultra serious lag so a2 is completly out classed, I myself am chanign then game I mod to EAW with some spare time going into a2.

Fact 4: Doca and Optec will not reply to this topic for a long time.

Well thats my daily dose of flamming a load of idiotic fans of a dead mod.

This has been said b4, when they were missing for a while. In the end all it was, was some exams to do. Why couldnt it be the same reason now?

Also I know for sure that they would release what they have completed thus far, they wouldnt just throw everything away.

They have said on numerous occasions that they will finish this mod, they have even
said a not so long ago.

And they bought the domain for another year like one week ago, why would they do that if its finished? :S
 
And who the **** do u think u are to insult everyone like that    I mean really if you get another urge like that, just go to your crappy mods crappy forums and do that. If you even have one that is.

I mean how sad is it to go to another mods forums and write what u written? I mean really.

he's quite young, about 15 (not adding fuel to this situation). remember young ryan, you live with parents/gaurdians, so most of the things you dont have to worry about the fo team does as they're all in their 20s. i doubt whether you will even have been issued an NIN (National Insurance Number) yet (didn't get mine till i was 16).

believe me when i say that you wont truelly appreciate how easy you have it right now until you get to our age (me approaching 20). there are many things that need to be prioritized, & sadly stuff like this has to take a back seat a lot of the time.
