 &nsbp; &nsbp;That holo technology was used in the DS9 episode where Dr. Zimmerman ( the guy who created the holographic doctor on Voyager) came to make another holographic doctor out of Bashir. They spoke to an admiral through that thing about some court issue. I think the title was "Dr. Bashir, I Presume?"

it is a bolt, most likely for stems of some things, that seals itself
