This ship is possibly THE biggest rip-off I have EVER seen, and it doen't even try to hide it!  Kinda makes the Enterprise look good.





Not ALL the ships there are that bad, though.

One of the (few) things that Ent did right was the Tholians.

And the TOS Tholian model was re-used as a Federation(!) Dreadnaught, so we can be fairly certain that the Tholian ship is not crystal.

Careful observation.  Very, very careful observation.  I also helps to know who wrote the episode.  For instance, an episode written by Judith and garfield Reeves-Stevens is likely to be a HECK of a lot better that one written by Brannon Braga.
