martok, for many reasons 1) he's got a really cool voice- one you expect a klingon to have 2) he seems to be a very loyal person. (gowron you could imagine knifing you in the back, but not martok) 3) the only other chancellor i actually know is Gowron. some of the others i have heard of, gorkon for example but never actually saw. 4)fought most of the Dominion war in a B'rel class BoP... and lived to become chancellor. you gotta respect that
