to make a new background like a screen saver for maps.  i mean could i play on a background of say windows XP or something

if i had the right applications i could change it and make a fleet ops background instead of stars.  but i dont.  someone please edit it and post it so we can DL

Imagine we were playing on the background of say...a freeari lol
we cold edit this and add in new nebulaus and funny things like a candy bar in the back
