Yes, I watch BBC America for 99% of my news Tongue (* Uncle Sam slaps Lords of Kobol around a bit with a large unpatriotic trout* Sad ) It was awful Sad Explosion could be felt over 20 kilometers away O_O However one of your reporters isn't so bright, they showed a clip of him, he was doing a story on something else and said "Well, there was apparetly a very large explosion behind me, but..." and continued with his story...LOL

I am kind of annoyed, not at you guys or anything, just in general because we pay so much for this crap and this had to happen Tongue meaning petrol (hehe) is going to go up to like 4 pounds per gallon? (Rough conversion) It's going to be bad Tongue we're soon going to realize how much we depend on each other for oil when prices change (however slightly) across the ocean Tongue

i've not heard, mainly because i don't watch the news anymore; it's all fluff, or total crap, american news media is totally worthless right now (IMHO).

yeah see, you're only 14 so thats why i'm not going to call that statement completely moronic. it isn't just one species, it is the entire arctic ecosystem in that area. furthermore its not just the ecosystem, its the environment, and the surrounding climate. its going to take a lot of construction, a lot of trucks, and infinetally more important more heat, in order to move that oil. that heat will result in changing the alaskan climate, which would affect the Canadian and Russian northern climates, which would lead to a systematic failure heading southwards.

edit- and i wonder how long it takes before westerners start blaming "terrorists" for the england blast

and when has that ever stopped anyone in the history of politics from changing their statement. hijackers of the planes used in the trade tower attacks were from saudia arabia, and that was known pretty much right off the start. months went by, and sudddenly the hijackers weren't from saudia arabia, but "actually" from iraq, which led to an illegal invasion. everything worthy of a front page these days is some how related to terrorism. even now people are relating the accident to a video released in september, calling people to attack oil refineries.

hmm. "pending further review and investigation.  the inquiry has decided that the explosion was actualy caused by a small explosive placed on the right hand side of the truck just minutes before it was vaporized"
