i have a solution. get a ship. find the biggest asteroid u can find. tractor beam it. find borg cube. get a momentum on the asteriod in the tractor beam somehow(similer to how the senitels released their bombs in the matrix) and let it go towards the cube. hopefully they won't adapt Cheesy

Yes, very good, now you find some way to get a ship with a strong enough tractor beam to pull an asteriod bigger than a cube, and spin it like a sentinals LOL then of course, find a way to aim it at a consistantly changing range, as the borg try to dodge it, the hovercraft are stationary whilst broadcasting, as such, easy target, sitting duck. A borg cube however is a duck that can enter faster than light speed LOL A little harder to hit Wink LOL funny idea though, I like it Cheesy

Well...a borg cube can survive with over 70% of it non-functional, so the asteriod would have to really quite large...and fast...I didn't even factor in the cutting beams LOL

Tef-plaf, they would move if a large planetoid was moving at them at high speed, i'm 100% sure, otherwise we really have nothing to fear from the borg...as they are as stupid as they look Tongue

Frodo, LOL thing is, never shows how they do it, and they probably couldn't explain it either, I'm sure it can be done aswell, however the bugs were hitting a planet, a stationary target...well, stationary compared to the movement of the asteriod (hmm, that's also impossible, the asteroid would miss by the time it actually got to our solar system...) but the borg have sublight engines, and transwarp, they'll move Wink

why not make a primitive roket fuled nuke?  i mean its like the borg have no intrest in primitive tech so it would hit them before they realized what it was.  and about that projectile weapon i dont recall ever hearing anything about the borg adapting to them.  i just think they are impractical as it takes too many bullets to kill a single borg. hmm but what about a cannon ball?.  filled with explosive sent at a borg ship?

this reminds me of Battlestar Galactica in this way- "this ship was built in a time when we were so afraid of our enimies that we literaly looked backwards for protection"

(then again everything reminds me of BSG)
