TNG for me! It rocked! You should know the DW was only a result of failing viewers, in fact, if Roddenbury had his way, he'd have avoided the Federation going to war I'm sure.

Besides TNG was more Trek...they explored!

tos was under fundded and was just figer out what to do with star trek. i feel star trek came in to its own with TNG.

to be honest i haven't even seen that many episodes of TOS series, i reckon most people would obviously be too young to remember it. TNG would be the oldest Trek in most people's minds.

to BaRoN:  Voyager had it's good moments.  (i.e. "Message in a Bottle", In the Flesh, etc.)

to ewm:  Without TOS, there wouldn't have BEEN a Next Generation.

to Cpt Ryan:  The Original Series still shown regularly on the Sci-fi channel (at least here in the US  Tongue ), so it remains fresh in the minds of many Trek fans.  Those with cable tv, anyways.  I wasn't alive when it first aired, but I've seen every episode, most  of them several times.

i've seen all the TOS episodes and they are fun  even the TOS episodes without kirk but another captain.. (can't recall his name)
