My intentions to bring up the weather machine were of a serious nature, so don't be boggling up junk that the Russians let Bush have it. To be honest, something like that is not meant to be given by the Russians due to their own purposes.

ewm are you on the cutting edge of milatary (not civilan) teck? i don't think so, you don't know what is possible and what is'nt, in the 1950's they where saying it was impossible to send a man to space, let alone land him on the moon, 10 years or so down the lane we did it, in the 1960's the expected computers to be so bi and so huge that the most powerfull computer would be 100's ft hige yet i have one thats sitting on my lap as i type this.
You don't know things for fact and you don't know if there is teck that is not of our own (eg roswell etc).

A huge amount of the technology we use in the military now was developed in the 60's and 70's, so it scares me to think what we've been making in the past 25 years.

well dont wery two much tecnolgay has inpoved gratly but we still are bilding on the same printsabules of the 60's and 70's.
alot of milatry resherch gose to wast two like thare progect star wares the biest wast of munny and thare are ware houses filed with ideas that did not work out.
lets get back two Katrina.
