Actually All I need is

New Motherboard and prosesser (New BIOS chip means CD-rom and the rest of RAM works)
New Operating System
New Video Card
New Power Supply

And I have about 350MB of RAM

That costs a lot less than a new computer

compUSA

2.0ghtz processor and motherboard
cost 210$

And I have 150$ to spend.

I can live with my graphics card a little longer and I can run CD in my CD-RW drive.
