Yep, thats the Dominion Construction Yard which builds Dominion destroyers, cruisers and prototypes. It is what the Antaras Yard is for the Federation  Directly behind it you can see the Ketracel White Facility. A special research station. and in the background a mining station with workerships.

you can build as many prototypes as you like. also they are more expenisive then the serial-produced starship. you need at least one prototype to build the corresponding class. It's a bit like normal research, but the prototypes are fully functional starships, which can act and use all special abilities like the normal starship class. so in times of real trouble you might also send your prototypes to the front, or guard your hinterland with it.
