dude i think you just got infected with nanites. its a little projectile that when it hits your ship, your interface gets screwed for bit. this returns to normal once the effect wears off.

or something got screwed with your install and you just need to drag them back yourself. to do this i think you point the mouse over the said piece of interface and hold, either Alt or Ctrl or Shift and drag it back to where you want it.   Smiley   think i got that right huh well it should be one of those buttons

then give me a detailed problem definition

There is also a keyboard combination to reset the interface positions...but i can't remember which one

i assume moves while you are playing against borg ai from time to time. it is called "nanites" a borg special feature of the borg diamond - it is no technical problem but the ai mixing up your interface, it resets after a few seconds to origin position
