btw: was that at that big English Heritage event at Kirby hall?

British and North-German weather seem to have much in common.  (There's the term "Schietwetter" for that, meaning something similar to "sh*tty weather" in North-German dialect.) Were the middle-ages that underrepresented or did you just miss the opportunity to take some photos? I would have been very interested in seeing those, as that's one of my other hobbies...

try joining the English Heritage, they give you a book guide thingys, then send you letters, look in local papers, in tourist information etc.
