till not playing but im happy you gave ppls a week to set up games this time  and also is it still teams or a ladder?i recommend a ladder b/c it doesnt create clan/clan hard feelings(one reason i resigned from RFO, another is to be impartial here) so if its ladder i gfuess thats what you mean by the third spot?also for pplx that are confuzzled about times(like me)i did the times for US eastern/pacific:
noon on the 23 in /GMT
=7am on useast caost
=4 am on uswest coast

and the first round:
1900 on the 29th
=1400 on USeast
=1100 on USwest

that's all i have to say for now

the whole point of clans is to compete and prove them selfs so yeah its the same rules as last time, no one really gave these rulesa a chance as only one team shown up, if the same thing happens again i will think about changing the rul;es for the tournament.
