yeh the borg are very crew intensive. right now they don't have any advantage cos crew is gained at the same rate by all races. yes they have that (defenceless)incubation chamber but other races have other things in place of that. there should be limit on ships some ships but not others or the research/buildings in v2 the borg are seriously hampered by this.

true, true, advantage the dominion had over feds and klingons was that their bigger ships were made in parts and put together at a different yard, rather than being entirely made at 1 yard.

dont usually have any crew problems with klingons as their ships tend to need the least crew
