Unfortunately everything we've seen from canon sources (mostly TV) starfleet is extremely cruiser-heavy, very few battleships of any kind. The FO team decided to make the battleships very weak in the game (not much stronger than cruisers) so we need lots of them. Oh well  |

40, that doesnt sound right. There was like less than 20 built and they where prety much spread across the alpha and beta quadrents. Not to mention weve seen like 4-5 been destroyed.

My theroy tho is that with so few surviving galaxies, spread across the A and BQ, The whole thing of limiting how many you can have, and not making them buildable, is good.

Should just limit both Galaxy and Sovern, and make the Sovern as powerful as it should be, like 1.5 times it's strength accross the board.
