I have added a few new ships to the game but now the game crashes some times, when I play the feds would it be because I did not add them to the AI ?

If you haven't changed anything else to the ai scripts i doubt that should cause crashes. maybe something within the odfs but i can't give much support cause i don't know what you changed
you could try to remove the selfmade stuff and slowly reimplement it in a clean beta2 installation. maybe that way you can find out what's causing the problems

i made the premonition and constellation classes available to build from shipyards.
the ai doesn't build them but it causes no problems
constellation build button does not appear but you can still build it with F2, F3.. etc
BTW nice effect for the temporal distortion whoever made it... just the right size too

hehe yep that was some late evening work showing a friend what can be done with 3d Studio Max
Later we decided that this looks cool for an Armada effect. should have been a waterdrop hitting a watter surface in the first place, but hey, who cares!
