all i can say is it will never happen, the countrys are ruled iron clad, they can't  live with out each others economys, your forgetting we are all small countrys, and a huge porportion of wales and scotland are mountains, so they have a much smaller population than you may think, anyway this is becoming an english polatics thread and i don't want that so lets stop it here.
