The FO team is punishing us, with a lack of updates and generally just leaving us to fend for ourselves. They punish us because we spam  I think i'd do an ok job moderating, but I am biased, which would make me a fairly bad choice. |

wich meends we all need to do ower parts.
no spammming
no flamming
staying on topic
no forum fites
be nise to ech uther
post more good ideas
and evry ones in a wile telling the fo teem haw much we apretshate what thay do

I think I'd do a good job, I've been on several other forums (one of which for 2 years) and I know the rules quite well, and the frequent viewing members personalities very well (at least on the forum) and I'm not with RFO or RLF and I hold no major favour/grudge with the members of the FO community. On the forum that I've been on for the last 2 years, I've observed the mods in dealing with the members and know when to close and intervene in a conflict and I am unbiased. |

i've done some moderating and it's very relaxed job  i am up for it again if there need more moderators and i can speak both german and english but i think we don't need more moderators i guess |

Do you think that I should message Optec on the German forum and tell him about the situation here? Tell him that we need more Mods? I have a German account and we'd be more likly to reach him on the German Forum.

I vote for Baron and USS Legacy and Roach for that matter, though I haven't seen you here much recently Roach  The multi-national aspect certainly can't hurt either. Ewm: I'm really glad that you're 100% behind civilizing the forums, I'm sure working together we can make this a great place to have normal conversations again. |

thank you coolhandab i think thats the only whay to make this forum work at this time.
i think a moniter whood be cool butraly hard to find one how cude work for doca docla opect and detecter for free. and whood be abul to keep a cool held evin in the werst case sunaro.
i think practily and realistly the only cose we have is do just be all we can be.... lol.
and hope the fo teem dees us of being usfull anuff to get a moniter or more activaly moniter tham selve avichaly.
i dont think asking tham will help much i am ser thay know the problom. its up to use to show tham we are werth it.

Thanks coolhandab But ewm is right, we have to work together. The involvement of the RFO and RLF has left the forum somewhat in dispute. I'm not pointing any fingers at anyone but shouldn't just keep that conflict out of the forum? Right now I think everyone is repectful but I do think we could all improve a bit. Admit when we're wrong, allow others the credit, you know, small nice things. But I'm still up for another mod. Either it be me Black Baron or Roach. |

well i am always here teice per day but i don't post always, only ate the threads that makes sence, i mean like at the news thread it ended up to nothing so i don't want to add oil to fire and start pointing fingers. i am just here  but not posting, the perfect spy lol. i have eyes and ears everywhere. who ever should be teh next mod, should be without any reputation on the forums. i mean look at ewm and defiant, they tend to sometimes start a string of flames of useless posts. (not personal intended). There shouldn't also be some guy from RLF or whatever clan being a mod. what i am saying is that thsi forum needs is a moderator without a flaming past or may cause irritation to members. rather a representing moderator that doesn't abuse his powers and knows how to apply the rules. but anyway, thanks coolhand for the suggestion. |
