How about giving members the power to change their display name. Heres how it'd work. You'd go into the control panel and using a menu option change it. But it can only be changed every 3 months so people will get to know what the new name is. And when you mouse over the new names on the forum. it would say something like this:
Formally USS Legacy
or such.

That could be problematic, a few examples is everyone changing their name alot to confuse others, or impersonating someone else, which could be very simple.

I got this off a different forum and I was a member there a long time ago. The forum has over 10 000 members and they haven't had the problem at all. |

Ok first off I was never allowed to be apart of RFO and it continued without me, don't think you know what your talking about.
And secondly, RFO is the ONLY FO clan, theres also that other one but it allied itself with you and is basically a little RFO. It's not your doing good but it's that people have a lack of options, again, don't think you know what your talking about.

an option that gives every user the ability to change their names would just be confusing as mentioned above. also every name change would go above my head so some ppl i already cast an eye at could withdraw my supervision.  so just contact me via pm (best solution for name change requests) if you would like to have a namechange so i can approve you new nick and everything will be ok thx DOCa Cola |
