both technologies n systems got their weakspots
but i think the borg are the better ones from that point of view. theyr learnin quick, their tech is more advanced. only real weakspot is the collektive mind without different points of views on problems.

i agree.
we can barly fite of one cub evry ones in a wile from distroing earth.
one cub can ealy blow up 15 fed ships and damgen meny more be for geting real damge.
and the feds have meny ships. but the borg have meny time more ships. if the borg realy so the fedration as a risk to its bussness that cuse shind 5 cubs or 1 tactical cub and 2 reguler cubs and wipe out the fedaration ealaly.

im still wonderin why the borg only sent so... few ships to the earth if its really a target... or to the other alphaquadrant species.. everytime it was only one cube or stuff like that... i think if the collective would send more ships ( we all saw the mass of cubes in voyager at the transwarpgate ) everything would be an easy target.. thats what i dont like bout star trek.. its so unrealistic sometimes cause the feds gotta defeat everything with one or few ships.. while it could be easily another direction in the whole plot..

fed vs borg is unbanced and needs a patch to balance it out. i mean voyager survived cube attacks several times but 1 cube blows through a whole armade at worf 539

voyager had speshal tecnolagy from the fucher on the last episode i am thing thats what you are thinging of.
and as for sinding one ship at a time. i am serpised thay evin do that. whay dont thy consintrate on wiping out the doman how is neer borg space. or eny uther race in the area whay sind a cub so far awhay whan ther are easer pray closer to home.

It is obviously the federation to quote will t riker "fate protects 3 things fools, young children, and ships named enterprise" (this was some time in the first season of TNG) also Picard has Q on his side (sort of) as well a collective of beings even more powerful than the continum, the script writers  |

As the Starter of this topic, I wopuld like to say that the borg are better. Going back to the voyager thing, Jane way was equipped with additional technonogy, and thats why she survived. The borg also have the fusion cube: dont' forget that!!  |

Well, to think about it one shouldnt even count in voyager the series as a canon source for the borg, well at least I dont cause voyager could not survived in borg space for that long anyway, they would be found and assimilated earlier. And dont forget how long voyager survivied against a tactical cube that was ridicoulus :S

yeah when it comes to tech or debatesk, I will never use Voyager or Enterprise as a cannon choice, as everything in there is well. basically just a very underhanded ratings gathering thing (doesn't seem to be working to well or CBS wouldn't have moved Enterprise to 3:00 a.m on sundays as the time to show the shows  ) |
