I am torn between ST:8 and ST:1 for the best soundtracks. They are both jaw droppingly spectacular.

Hmm, so many good ones to choose from. ST VI and VIII are my favourites, because they sound dark and threatening. The main theme of ST VI gives me chills, and the Borg theme from FC is awesome.

Also great: The Star Trek Theme from TMP, the Klingon Theme from TMP, the themes of TWOK and Generations. Insurrection and Nemesis were disappointing.

Some people are pragmatists, taking things as they come and making the best of the choices available.
Some people are idealists, standing for principle and refusing to compromise.
And some people just act on any whim that enters their heads.
I pragmatically turn my whims into principles.

I have killed thousands. I have killed proud young warriors and wise old rulers. I have killed mothers with babes in their arms. I have killed the just, the wicked, and the beautiful. I have done this for two thousand years in the service of His Divine Shadow and  apparently the fun never stops!

ST1, for that music was very emotional and touching.  ST2, especially Khan's music.  ST3, especially the Klingon music.  ST4 is very good mood.  ST5 is reminiscent of ST1, but is not like it.  ST6 is very original and action-packed.  ST7 is very ear-catching.  ST8 is simply great.  ST9 is alright.  ST10 is better than ST9, but still alright.
