i found a way to lay down a mine field.. but till now it seems that either the romulans, nor the federation will get the mine field. mos probably it will be the ciadan or the dominion

All I can say is make sure the minefield is permanent or at least lasts as close to forever as possible.

thats a point do all the mines move or do they stay there??? do they all blow or just a few and say if the difant goes thought and takes one then the enterprise goes though will that take one or will it take a dozen??? huh

from what i have in mind every mine will explode individually, they will hold their position until a target cames in (close) range, then they will explode and the shockwave damages the target...

That'd be kinda interesting. Escourt in C ships to disable the minefields around an enemyie's base. It could be a special weapon of the C-ship. A short range brodcasting signal that disables mines. Or maybe switches around their IFF equipment to only attack enemy ships.
