that would be a big disadvantage for the borg and a too big advantage for the feds.

if we do something like this, we should giove the borg the ability to .. slize through shildings or to remodulate their shieldings, making them invulnerable.. i think nobody will think this is fair
if you think of a new special ability you always should it see from booth sides, it would be very pity for a borg player, seeing its stupid drones die while the federation prevails..
And we do not want to inclued every thing which happens once in a episode this is a strategy game, not a star trek encyclopedia  

This special weapon should be on one ship, built specially for it, and the ship can only use it once, and i could be a ship that needs credits.......
