excuse me? it has nothing to do with fleet ops, al i want to know is how to link an irc chat toa w ebsite like the fo team have, not just that they alredey have an irc chat so it won't hamper fo3 anyway!

what irc download thingy? you can access it on the site? if you mean mirc they can but i really don't think they will!

to use irc u need a irc-client like: Mirc or Trillanthen cocnect to the gamesurge.net (irc.gamesurge.net:4667) then u have to register a Username for u, a guide for this is on the Gamesurge.net Homepage. After this u can join the channel #support und register your channel thier, or u use the link on the Gamesurge.net Homepage |

yea, there are many irc free clients available from the net. i recommend hydrairc. it has quite the best interface and is opensource too. i am trying to get a lite version for fleet operations from it's author but as he isn't that easy reachable (as me sometimes on irc) and it's not opensource for everyone (not developed under gpl, only with authors permission) i have to wait  DOCa Cola |
