Tosk, became a good friend of O'Brien after O'Briend helped to repair his ship, the Episode is called "Captive Pursuit". The hunters wore some kind of helmets also.

Star treks ground battle realism leaves a lot to be desired. Their uniforms screem "SHOOT ME" The only armor I can remember was in Star Trek 6: The undiscovered country, the security teams had a sort of protective vest and some sort of head gear but it looked rediculous, like a combination of something an umpire would wear at a ball game and an old football helemet (the leather ones) Cadarsians sort of have armor I guess, klingons do, and so do jem hadar, and borg, but the federation is left with uniforms that cry out for attension and no body armor whatsoever. Personal sheilds, that might be a good idea but I'd prefer to see armor and people not taken down in one shot from a hand phaser. It's like in star wars, the one shot rule always prevails on non important characters. If u aren't a lead roll, that armor is crap

Really, if you did not know anything about Starfleet and you beamed aboard one of their ships, you'd think they were having a pajama party! LOL

They don't have energy shields for the most part, so trying to use something you don't have JUST DOSEN'T WORK, right captain?

Right. Get a dead Borg drone and take it's shield thingie, make more of them and put 'em on Starfleet personnel. And why doesn't Seven make some Borg shields for the crew of Voyager?
