first of all... i dont know why it happened..

i played instant action, against 3 AI´s (me as roms, against feds&klingons on one side, and one borg on the other side all 3 hard AI´s)

i was building some stuff, into some fights.. i think i played 30 minutes or so... i was building some generix classes some rhienn, the norexans, and 2 tavaras.. fightin against some neghvars and cube, and -BANG- desktop.. (but got still the red cursor of the ingame menu screen )

that happened for the 3rd time now, but i didnt say anything cause i thought "ok, maybe a bug, maybe a program that runs in the background"... cause the first time it happened i was gettin a message over MSN and stuff like that...

System specs:
Mainboard: EliteGroup K7S5A pro v5.0
CPU: AthlonXP+ 2400
RAM: 768MB DDR
GC: Radeon9500pro 128mb (catalyst driver 4.7, updated last week)

OS: WinXP prof. SP2 rc2 v2149 build 2600


im playin all the time in high resolution which means
1600x1200 32 bit
all detail settings high

i never had some problems with it, even with norton antivirus running in the background, nothing happened...

so...

any suggestions?
