Depends from which series do u have your borg info from. In TNG the borg are more black than green, but in voyager the are more green and voyager is newer so I take my info from there Tongue

I've seen Voyager too...not too much of a differance...also I don't trust it too much, they shoulda gotten blown up by a cube or 2 before they got home.

The simple question is:

Who is the color-blind one in this forum? Cheesy

But perhaps your monitor is broken or something like this.
VOY Borg ships consist of rather matte metal and green lights.

How green, black or silver they look depends on the intensity of the green lights and on the matter if there are other light sources (nearby stars, planets reflecting light, glowing nebulae) in proximity. Black/green if there is no additional light, grey-silvery green if there is a sunlike star nearby.

And believe it or not, with an red light source around, the Borg ships would even look red! Cheesy Fantastic, hm? The magical world of color and light. Unbelievable. rolleyes

Well the borg cube is also bigger than a sphere and so if u mount the same light on a cube and a sphere the sphere would look more green than a cube Tongue

who cares about the colour anyway?

they colour of the ships always change in a game. some times the feds are white, next time blue, then maybe even yellow.

lol who wants to make a fuss about what colour has a cube?

Do you mean player color or do you mean the lighting of the map?

I always switch off player colors. Looks more realistic.
Those colored polygons are simply ugly and disturbing.

Switching off those colors is one of my favourite features in FO! Smiley

I believe it's in since Beta 2. You can find it in the launcher options.
