well, this forum is about who'd you'd like to be if you weren't human. i'm quite happy being human and am just responding to the question.
he is right though [RFO]MIGHTY ROM, romulans ARE dishonorable--and this is coming from a guy who would be a romulan if not human. they're still a better bet than some of the other choices up there.

For the most part Romulans are dishonorable, i'm sure you can find a few good ones, maybe even a Feringi or 2 that are honorable.
