yes, Romulans have all the cool features of Vulcans (ears, long life, etc) with all the damn logic replaced with the emotional stuff that makes being human fun. plus, they've got cool warbirds.
if not them, i'd pick the Cardassians. they may being the most undergunned of the major Alpha Quadrant powers, but they're the most human, i think, of all the aliens in Trek.

Anyway it's stupid to be Jem'Hadar, they allways get killed  . But to be a changeling, that could be very interesting. Whole Jem'Hadar forces and Vortas under your command. And you are a god to them. But gods do lose wars too . Anyway I would like to be a Romulan. |

no, the klingons are the ones who kill each other. if an officer thinks his superior is incompetent, he can challenge him to a fight. humans do that too in the mirror universe. i've never heard of a Romulan doing that (other than Shinzon, but he's a megalomaniacal human after all)
i'd have to agree with you Klok, the Romulans seem to be one of the more underdeveloped races in the star trek universe. i mean, the Cardassians got a show that featured them, and the klingons got TWO. the klingons even have their own video games (klingon academy)! maybe that's why romulans are so popular in fleet ops. either that or their the best and everyone knows it, no offense to anyone else.
