I just get  a mixture of ships i could careless which ships they are i use every ship from the small venture to the huge descent class battleship

yea i was using the steamrunner (my weapon power was all teched up at advanced weapons) anyways i was goin to attack a borg assim matrix(main starbase) and 1 torpedo took away 10% of the stations shields and those only cost 1 credit so if u took 10 u could kill the starbase in about 3-5 shots which is excellent

Edit: The borgs shield systems were also upgraded all the way

you know what works better? 8 tatical cubes, 4 harmonic defenders to recharge the force, and 4 asimilators. i always liked those. just the thought of taking the crew then taking the ship. i love borg. cheesy

u know whats even better than that? a fleet of 1 or 2 fusion cube/-s, 4 cubes, 2 tacticals and 2 commandocubes or 4tacticals instead. Cheesy that kills nearly everything of the AI and is a hard match for many of them noobs Wink

ya hut i still like the asimilators. They take ships out of commission so fast. Plus they are just plain kool. that's right i spell cool with a k. what now?

Harmonic defenders arent in FO, they were in Armada 2 but not FO, so u might wanna adjust that tactic of yours a bit Wink Tongue

and now for the borg, I love the spheres and combined with some cubes or tactical cubes, that does the trick Smiley
I think u all told some good fleets, but to get a fleet that size, especially with the borg, that takes quite some time Smiley And your adversary should have tons of ships by then and bammmmmmmm u loose lol

belongs to the strategy at the beginning.. u can nearly defeat everything with a fleet of spheres and assimilators. so theres no 'trick' about it.. i jus wanna know how i gotta 'correct' ma strategy with v3. *goes hmm...*
