Hmmmm... but along the same line of thought with Borg levelling up... they do learn and adapt as a collective. Perhaps, after a certain number of kills, all their units of one class could level up (or be produced levelled up)... reflecting the nature of collective, rather than individual learning.

i dont know if any one has asked but can there also be Demotions? maby the romulans should have something that can cause Demotion . like a demoation spical abillity.
am i to assume that you based the ranking system somewhere in the files that keep track of the kills in the captians log? |

I'm a little confused by your post... what does "sinons ships" mean? Anyway, I guess you mean you have some time to use the debris of enemy ships to use their special weapons for a short amount of time.
Sounds interesting, but seems weird except for particularly resourceful races (as in the Borg) |

Hmm... That's odd... Two of the "critical" tasks (Dom Mixed Texh and Sovie model) have been shunted back to "urgent"... I wonder why...  The game would probably crash if they didn't have the models set up right, I know they sometimes do that to me if I mod a game... |
