Star Trek Armada II: Fleet Operations

I asked Optec, and he oked this.  Remember that Oprah clipping?  That was one of many "Headlines" that Jay Leno makes fun of because of the way they sound, or are spelled.  I figure the FO would like a good laugh, so I'll start posting new ones as they come.  Till then, here are a few starters.
