Hi. This is my first post ( i just registered ) and first of all i would like to say a big hello to everyone. Second i have some questions. From what i know the Sona were a good allie of the dominion so how about adding them in the dominion fleet ( maybe a third avatar for each race ). Also it would be extremly fun if the cardassians would be added as a stand alone specie. I would have alot of fun hunting them with my dominion battleships ( plus they are a verry important side in the dominion war and have lots of fun stuff to be added like the keldon classe battleship or the galor ). From my point of view the cardassians are a verry important thing to be added.
Now the gameplay. First of all i would like to congrats the team on this wonderfull mod. From the graphics to the new gameplay elements ... it is almost possible to call it Armada 3. Just beautifull.
From what i've seen each specie has an avatar that focuses more on defencive bonuses and one on offensive bonuses. It would be nice for a third avatar ( though it would require tons of work ), for each specie, that offers a little for bout defensive and ofensive values. For example a sona avatar for the dominion. Playn as all for evailable species at this pooint made me realize that the federation has to few structures. Each other race has special structures that add some special bonuses but the federation has none. So it would be nice to give them 1-2 special structures. Also the klingon moqbara station should have some sort of attack ... since it almost looks like a starbase. For the romulans the draconarius was a verry cool looking unit so why not add it ( maybe for a third romulan avatar? ). And last for now ... i miss the old special weapons structures like the federation temporan facillity or the romulan pheonix facillity. Is it possible they will make a return.

The Cardassians were already mentioned and are unlikely to be anything more than a few map units. Son'a would be better as Stand Alone than Dominion. I like the Temporal Research Station too but thats al likely to be playable as the Premonition Class (as far as I know, thats not going to be added).

Actually I believe the cardassians will be incorporated as an NPC race sometime in the future... the rest of the ideas (pheonix... etc) will likely not make it in because of FO canon/timeline issues :blush: . Sorry to burst your bubble :(

I would love to have cardassians as playable eventually. After all the Dominion, Federation, Romulans, Klingons, Borg and Cardassians are the six main empires during the TNG/DS9/VOY era.

Maybe for V4 (if there is one)? :D
