Title: Question - Cannot build Post by: Magic on September 28, 2007, 03:02:00 PM Hey guys!!
Just downloaded and installed Fleet Ops, plus all patches but seems I'm having a problem. Why I cannot build anything? After start a new game, i could choose between those Avatars - but if i click any of em, i get told I havent got enough crew for that and cannot build anything. And seems the enemy having similar problem, cause they dont build anything either. Can anyone help me out please? thats a problem that might occur if using old custom made maps. could you try changing the map? on which map did the error occur? Title: Re: Question - Cannot build Post by: Magic on September 28, 2007, 06:23:12 PM I was using the map "Nirvana II" and also tried with the first map that appears when not choose any other (no idea what name it has).
So seemed to me it was on all maps same problem... what could be wrong? Need another patch? Is it a known problem? I installed the patches Armada II 1.1 patch and the 1.2.4 one - but still same problem, cannot build anything and when click on one of the avatar, i get told "not enough crew"... And i so badly wanna just play. Anyone any ideas? Title: Re: Question - Cannot build Post by: Lt.Cmdr Worf on September 28, 2007, 06:45:47 PM First of all you don't need to install the Armada 2 patch to 1.2 as FleetOps has this incorporated in it...that could be the start of your problems

I've just installed the multimeda patch - and tadaaaa - now its working just fine! Before nothing worked at all, not without patches, not with patches - but witht hat multimeda patch now everythings working the way it should! Thanks for your attention and clues!! ^-^ Title: Re: Question - Cannot build Post by: Dominus_Noctis on September 29, 2007, 12:40:20 AM I think "we" have come across this issue in the past (I remember it affecting me until I read some old posts about the media patch fixing stuff B)).
...Maybe it would be wise to sticky something about this issue (if indeed it is relatively commonplace).
