Title: decoder issue? Post by: TanEdos on August 05, 2007, 04:33:15 PM I get an error message that's really baffling me
Cannot create file C:\Program Files\Activision\Star Trek Armada II Fleet Oprerations\sounds\music\Borg.wav The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. That's when installing a clean FO 3PR I keep Clicking ok, but it keeps popping up. What am I doing wrong? Title: Re: decoder issue? Post by: DOCa Cola on August 05, 2007, 06:24:11 PM on vista?

Now that I'm not at my machine at home there is no way to get FO working. I guess I have to wait until DC is back from vacation. I can live with that.... :ermm: ...NO I CANT!!! :crybaby:
At least FO! Even Master of Orion 2 doesn't work! I hate you Vista! Really I hate you sooo much!!!!! Title: Re: decoder issue? Post by: Core Insanity on November 11, 2007, 02:42:47 PM I also have this issue, and am running Vista Ultimate(Fully up to date).
Anyone have a fix for this, other than installing on an XP machine and transferring it over? UAC is currently disabled. Thanks. edit: Alright, going to just install it on my local webserver that I use for testing (Its running XP Pro SP2), and will just transfer the files back via FTP. Title: Re: decoder issue?
