Title: Royal Nation Insutit For The Blind Post by: NieKnight on September 21, 2003, 08:12:56 PM what the rnib have done is they have made it iligal for websites in the uk illigal if they are not assible to blind or parshley sighted (they have softwear that tell them what is on the page.) and if pictures don't have captions you can get done if the site is run under english law and from what i hear europe (asushall) is going to be copeing the uk. i just thought you should know so u can prepare for it if germany changes it's law
