i would asume so, as it is probable the same as the upgrade thing in the original A2

so would that double the max amount of uprgrades?
or would you still have the same max?

all system upgrades, apply to the player, this means it includes all captured ships & stations as well. doing the research again through the enemy tech tree is just a waste of resources.

So... that means that, theoretically, you can apply the systems upgrades for all races to you ships?

Or do they only apply to ships of their race?

if you have the upgrades on your own tech tree, they will automatically be applied to any unit in your possesion, i.e built or captured. if you try to build the same upgrade from an alien tech tree, it will not give you any bonuses, i.e its a waste of time.

They'd need more credits...

no way, would you have unlimited officers when you set unlimited resources on standard A2? NO

I agree, Unlimited Credits seems to be a little too much. A few more credits or slightly lower credit cost, maybe, but unlimited credits?

Maybe, say, 150 credits?

*grins thinking of all the sabo-stations he can build with it*
