Hey guys im going to be hosting a game today at 1:00 EST. post map ideas here. and your fav settings, then show up. lol

Game went well, played Captn_Chris. She kinda got pissed i guess and quit the game right before i won, so  i played with the AI for a bit.  I used 3 classes of ships, Venture, Saber and Excellisor II. lots of venture, guess it kinda through her off her game. lol

She could have taken me, she had more ships and stations then i. i was just more suicidele.

What were the races?

I was fed, she was klingon. it was the Unlimited resources that did her in i think, she was going to mass build big ships and hit me, i mass built Venture and attacked with sabers, and ok some Exelcior IIs (fav ship in fleetops) if she hadent turned her ships around when i attacked the second time she could have had me. i only went in one fleet at a time. 

Wow.  She lost at that?!  I can see why she'd be so mad.  What was the map?

the turny map. has two moons per base with worm holes in the corners. the ventures were cannon fodder in my mind, used to delay the attacking ships, worked well i think.

Who says taht fighter tactics dont work in Armada  :D

Although, it is mighty annoying only being able to select 16 at a time...

ctrl 1 and 2 and 3 and....lol once against Lumpybob  i took out his hole base with venture. though you cant do that now, they fire to slow.

If you're playing on infinite, may I humbly suggest my strategy that I proposed on the balance thread:

As Klingon, mass (as Baron calls them) "Blue-beam ships" and run down the enemy with them.

she had a ton of them. i use long range weapons. buys me time. lol

That was awesome, one of the best eps this season i think.
Palmer will make it at lest 3, maby die in the end.
This chines thing, these guys are relentless. I was kinda expecting it though. i had expected it for the next season.

Yeah, and I saw the Audrey thing coming.

So, do you think that Palmer will get Daniels to resign, or will the Presidency get yet another shakeup?

Hard to say, i think its going to be a wild ride. Alegences will be flying around and the Vice Press will ahve some insane retaliatory plan.

However, the Lennox thing genuinely surprised me.  I guess I let my guard down for a bit too long.
