plz edit your last post when adding something new. its just a little confusing when reading through only to find something added to it in the next post.

when you were trying to join said game, are you certain it was for FO? plus dont forget with the addition of the V3 pr patch, patched and unpatched versions are not compatible. when trying to join a game, it may be less hassle to try to arrange it, with other players rather than just joining a random game you see up there. that way you can make sure you have the same version, etc...

You are sure you installed V3 PR ?

Have a look on the lower corner in main menu. If there stands something with 2.03 then you have installed the wrong version.
For DLing DON'T use the Download Section from this site, they are not updated and won'T till final V3.
